    Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)

What surfaces can the bounce castles are setup on and how much room is required?

The safest surface is a level grassy area. We can setup the attraction on concrete or asphalt as well.

Backyards, parks, parking lots or gymnasiums, anywhere there is level and debris free ground will work for a bouncer.

Please specify which surface the bouncer will be setup on so we can provide the appropriate anchors.

You will need to provide a level area about 20 x 20 feet square with an overhead clearance of 22 feet for our bounce castles.

When all rules of the Operating Instructions with in your rental agreement are followed and the unit is properly supervised bounce houses are very safe.

Do you provide a person to supervise the castle during the rental period?

Yes, we can for an additional cost.

Delivery is always free when you rent with Jump Around Bouncers Inc.  We do not have any hidden "delivery" costs.

How long does it take to set up the units?

It takes about 25 minutes to set up a bounce house and review the safety guidelines with the responsible adult. The renter and or the responsible adult must be present at the time of delivery.

Will the bounce castle harm my lawn?

Your lawn will not be harmed by our units.

A protective tarp is placed under the bouncer to minimize any damage to the bouncer or lawn. The unit is staked in place to anchor the bouncer.

What is the rental period?

Our units can be rented 2 hours or all day. All day would be set up at 11 AM picked up by 7PM. Other arrangements can be made to accommodate your event.

The bouncer must be within 100 feet of a dedicated 20-amp circuit. The blower uses no more electricity than an indoor fan once the bouncer is fully inflated.

What are my responsibilities?

You must assign a responsible adult to supervise the children while the bouncer is in use. Never leave the bouncer unattended while it is running. Never leave children to operate the unit.

This adult must know all the safety rules and enforced them. You are responsible for the safety of the children and for the care of the equipment.

Are bouncers safe?

Bounce Houses are quite SAFE. The soft body design of the bouncer that is filled with air makes bumping into or falling on the structure itself safer than any other type of solid frame structure. A Bounce House is designed to absorb and minimize risks of damage and injury to children.  Trampolines are loads of fun for the older kids, but a Bounce House is much safer than the Trampolines for the younger children, and most importantly, there is no solid structure to fall on causing concern for you children.

Safety is one of our main concerns and we are confident that our Bounce House models adhere to the highest safety standards of the industry.  You can also be assured that if you opt to use one of our trained staff at your event, safety will be their #1 priority.  We make sure to never allow the smaller toddlers to mix in with the "big kids" or adults to reduce any risk of injury. We will also never exceed the allowed capacity of each model.
